I used to love JetBlue. Like, really really loved them. Then their prices went up and they started charging for the extra legroom seats, so I hated them for awhile (see this past blog entry). But slowly, they're redeeming themselves. Like this new thing they've got called the JetBlue Promise Program. Basically, if you've gotten laid off this past week and have already purchased a flight, they're offering to refund it! They're the first company I've noticed where rather than just acknowledge the recession and expect people to deal with it, they're doing something about it and looking out for the passenger's well-being. Read all about it HERE.

Happy Refunding
